Lead and execute design projects from concept to delivery across digital, print, and multimedia platforms
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints
Collaborate with marketing, branding, product, and content teams to translate business goals into effective design solutions
Create branding assets including ads, social media creatives, infographics, presentations, email templates, and landing pages
Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices, and bring fresh thinking to the team
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment
Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work across various media
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and tools like Figma, Canva
Exposure to generative AI tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL
·
E) for ideation.
Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling
Ability to think strategically while also being hands-on
Strong communication and presentation skills
Master's degree is a plus
Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus
