Graphic Designer – Social Media, Brand & UI/UX

Role Overview :

We’re looking for a strong visual storyteller who lives and breathes social media design — but also understands digital product experiences. This role primarily focuses on high-impact social media and brand content while also contributing to UI/UX design for web and digital platforms.

You will own the corporate visual identity across marketing touchpoints and collaborate on product interfaces to ensure brand consistency across digital experiences. Motion graphics and basic video editing are essential to elevate content for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Social Media & Content Design (Primary)

Design high-quality social media creatives for:

- Events & announcements
- Business deal disclosures & milestones
- New hires & onboardings
- Brand campaigns and thought leadership posts
- Create platform-optimized designs for Linked In, Twitter/X, Instagram, and other business-focused channels
- Translate complex business information into clear, engaging visual narratives
- Design visually compelling carousels, infographics, and branded content formats

2. Brand & Corporate Design

- Maintain and evolve the corporate design identity across all marketing assets
- Design professional slide decks and presentations for leadership, sales, and investor communication
- Ensure consistency in typography, colour systems, layout grids, and brand tone across all outputs
- Create and maintain brand guidelines and reusable design templates

3. UI/UX & Digital Experience (New Addition)

- Design intuitive and visually engaging web and landing page interfaces
- Create wireframes, mock-ups, and high-fidelity UI designs for websites and marketing funnels
- Collaborate with product and development teams to enhance usability and visual consistency
- Contribute to design systems (components, styles, tokens) for digital platforms
- Ensure brand alignment across web, product interfaces, and digital experiences
- Conduct basic UX research (competitive analysis, heuristic evaluations, user feedback synthesis)
- Improve conversion-focused design elements (CTAs, forms, navigation flows)

4. Motion Graphics & Video

- Create short motion graphics, animations, and reels for social media and campaigns
- Perform basic video editing (cuts, transitions, text overlays, branding)
- Collaborate on storyboards and concepts for video-led content
- Animate UI mock-ups or product walkthrough videos for marketing use

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with marketing, leadership, product, and business teams to understand content and product needs
- Convert briefs into visually compelling outputs with minimal iterations
- Balance creative storytelling with usability and performance objectives

Required Skills & Experience

- 4–6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Visual/UI Designer
- Experience working in B2B, SaaS, start-up, or corporate environments
- Strong expertise in social media content design
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and digital product design
- Excellent command over visual design fundamentals (layout, typography, colour, composition)

Hands-on experience with:

- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Motion graphics tools and basic video editing software
- Figma (or similar UI design tools)
- Designing responsive web layouts
- Ability to design both creative marketing assets and structured product interfaces

Good to Have

- Experience contributing to design systems
- Understanding of UX metrics and conversion optimization
- Familiarity with prototyping tools
- Experience collaborating with developers
- Exposure to SaaS dashboards or enterprise product design
