EXPERIENCE:
1 year of professional design experience across digital, social, and brand work.
QWR is hiring a Junior Multidisciplinary Designer to own day-to-day visual output across every channel we publish on. You will design across two distinct brands, QWR, our deeptech XR hardware company, and HUMBL, our voice-first AI, spanning social, brand, motion, ad creative, and web. This is a generalist role for an early-career designer with genuine range, strong fundamentals, and the speed to take a brief to a finished, on-brand asset.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design social and campaign creative across Instagram, Linked In, and You Tube for both brands.
Produce brand assets: presentation decks, one-pagers, banners, and reusable templates.
Create motion and video graphics for short-form content, in collaboration with the video editor.
Develop and iterate ad creative for performance campaigns across multiple variants.
Support product and web visuals: landing pages, banners, and app-store assets.
Apply and maintain two separate brand systems with consistency, never mixing them.
Translate briefs into finished, production-ready design independently.
REQUIRED SKILLS
1 year of professional design experience with a portfolio of shipped work, not coursework.
Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Strong fundamentals in layout, typography, colour, and brand consistency.
Working ability in motion or video editing (After Effects, Premiere, or equivalent).
Fluency designing for every major social format, with an understanding of what performs on each.
Strong organisation and the ability to manage concurrent briefs to deadline.
NICE TO HAVE
UI and responsive web design.
Short-form video editing for social.
Experience with AI-assisted image and asset generation.
Ad creative experience for paid campaigns.
Interest in hardware, XR, or AI products.
