We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior 3D Artist to join our team and help produce high-quality real-time visual content. In this role, you will support the creation of 3D assets for use in Unreal Engine-based applications, working closely with developers, designers, and senior artists. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career artist who is passionate about 3D art, real-time rendering, and building immersive interactive experiences.
What You Will Do:
Create and modify 3D models, textures, and materials for real-time applications
Assist in building assets for environments, props, and interactive elements
Optimize assets for performance in Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5)
Collaborate with developers and designers to meet technical and artistic requirements
Follow established art styles, pipelines, and naming conventions
Support lighting, scene setup, and basic look development
Participate in reviews and incorporate feedback from senior team members
Maintain organized asset files and documentation
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in 3D Art, Game Art, Animation, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Demonstrated portfolio or shipped projects strongly preferred
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in 3D art (academic, internships, or personal projects accepted)
Proficiency with at least one 3D modeling tool:
Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max
Basic understanding of:
Modeling, UV mapping, and texturing workflows
P (Physically Based Rendering) materials
Familiarity with real-time engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity
Understanding of polygon optimization and game-ready asset creation
Strong artistic fundamentals (form, proportion, composition)
Portfolio demonstrating 3D work (required)
Passion for 3D art and real-time development
Willingness to learn and grow within a production pipeline
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to take direction and apply feedback effectively
Good communication and collaboration skills
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
