Senior Video Editor

IFT Media is looking for a Senior Video Editor who can work on high ticket  Corporate & Industrial Projects.

Not someone who can just make videos look good.

We're looking for someone who understands why a video performs in B2B space.

At IFT Media, we work with corporate marketing communication which also invloves creating product campaigns, corporate films, legacy films, exhibition videos, awareness campaigns, C-suite personal branding content, case studies, culture films, and more.

This role is much bigger than editing.

We're looking for someone who:
- Thinks like a strategist before thinking like an editor.
- Understands viewer psychology, storytelling, and business communication.
- Can translate complex industrial or technical products into engaging visual stories.
- Knows the difference between a good-looking edit and a high-performing edit.
- Is curious enough to ask "Who is this video for?" before opening the timeline.
- Loves experimenting with new storytelling styles, visual techniques, and creative formats.
- Constantly learns, researches, and stays ahead of industry trends and AI tools.
- Takes ownership of the final outcome, not just the editing task.
- Is open to feedback and believes learning never stops.

Technical

Skills:

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Motion Graphics
- AI-assisted content generation & workflows
- Sound design and pacing
- Strong sense of typography, animation, transitions, grading and visual storytelling

Bonus if you have:
- Experience editing corporate, industrial, manufacturing, B2B, or technology content.
- Understanding of product marketing, sales psychology, or communication strategy.
- Ability to think beyond execution and contribute creatively to campaigns.
