What You'll Do As our Videographer + Video Editor, you'll be responsible for taking content from production to final delivery while collaborating closely with the strategy team and editing team throughout the process.

Your responsibilities include:
Planning and executing shoots alongside our creative and strategy teams.
Shooting high-quality content for Instagram, Linked In, You Tube, Films and paid advertising campaigns.
Editing engaging short-form and long-form content.
Understanding the creative differences between platform-specific content instead of using the same editing style everywhere.
Selecting the right camera setup, focal length, lighting, framing, and shooting approach based on the content objective.
Shooting with professional mirrorless cameras (Sony ecosystem preferred) as well as iPhones whenever the project requires mobile-first content.
Collaborating with strategists and scriptwriters before production to understand the objective of every piece of content.
Contributing creative ideas during planning, production, and post-production.
Continuously researching new storytelling formats, editing styles, and content trends.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has  Strong understanding of videography and cinematography principles.
Experience using professional mirrorless cameras, preferably Sony.
Good knowledge of camera settings, composition, framing, movement, lighting, and visual storytelling.
Understanding of selecting the appropriate focal length, lights and shooting style for different scenarios.

Experience with mobile cinematography using iPhones whenever required.
Strong editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a bonus).
A solid understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience attention.
The ability to maintain quality and quantity while working on multiple projects.

While you won't be responsible for creating marketing strategies, we expect you to actively participate in discussions, understand the purpose behind every project, and contribute creative inputs that improve the final outcome.
