THE ROLE
We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can work across a wide range of design requirements and help the
creative team execute faster. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety and can move confidently
between packaging, campaigns, digital, social media and marketing collateral.
The ideal candidate is a strong executor with good visual judgement—someone who can take a brief,
understand the requirement, and deliver polished work with minimal supervision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create and adapt packaging artwork across multiple SKUs and formats.
• Develop social media creatives, campaign assets and digital banners.
• Adapt campaign key visuals across multiple formats and platforms.
• Design website, e-commerce and other digital marketing assets.
• Create presentations, internal communication material and marketing collateral.
• Handle image editing, retouching, compositing and basic photo manipulation.
• Prepare production-ready artwork with strong attention to technical details.
• Work within established brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, copy and product teams.
• Manage multiple design requirements and deadlines simultaneously.
• Incorporate feedback quickly while maintaining quality and design intent.
• Use AI-assisted design tools where they improve speed, exploration or execution.
REQUIREMENTS
• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Good understanding of typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Experience working across both digital and print.
• Understanding of packaging and print production is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work within an existing design system while maintaining consistency.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• A portfolio demonstrating range, craft and strong execution.
GOOD TO HAVE
• Basic motion graphics / After Effects skills.
Working knowledge of Figma.
• Experience with e-commerce creatives and marketplaces.
• Experience with packaging artwork and pre-press.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Photoshop Generative Fill or similar tools.
• Experience with consumer, FMCG, beauty, lifestyle or D2C brands.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
• Can take a rough brief and independently figure out the execution.
• Comfortable switching between different types of design work.
• Works quickly without compromising on accuracy.
• Cares about the final details, especially typography, alignment and production files.
• Has strong visual judgement and does not need constant art direction.
• Is organised, dependable and comfortable handling multiple priorities.
• Understands when to push an idea and when the priority is simply excellent execution.
