Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion plus Graphic Designer who is skilled in both graphic design and video editing. The ideal candidate should be able to transform ideas into engaging visual content for social media, digital campaigns, and client projects.

You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to produce visually appealing content that aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
Create engaging motion graphics, animated content, and visual designs for social media and digital campaigns.
Edit and produce short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, and other marketing content.
Design graphics for Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual treatments for video projects.
Add animations, transitions, text effects, sound, and other elements to enhance video quality.
Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver content on time.
Ensure all designs and videos maintain consistency with brand guidelines.
Make revisions based on feedback and ensure the final output meets quality standards.
Stay updated with current design, motion graphics, and social media content trends.

Required

Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Graphic Design and Video Editing.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
Understanding of motion design, animation principles, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
Ability to create engaging and platform-appropriate content for social media.
Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, video editing, and graphic design work.

Preferred Qualifications
6 months–2 years of relevant experience in motion graphics, video editing, or a creative agency.
Experience working with a marketing agency or digital content team.
Familiarity with current social media trends and short-form video content.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Animation, Film Production, or a related field is preferred.
