About ALZEA INDIA
ALZEA INDIA is a leading organization in international hospitality internships, with 1000+ successful student placements in France and Europe. We provide complete support including French language training, visa guidance, and international hotel placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily operations related to student internships in France.
- Coordinate with French hotel partners, recruiters, and international agents.
- Manage student documentation, interview scheduling, and joining confirmations.
- Ensure placements are completed within company SOP timelines.
- Maintain live tracking of student status and placement progress.
- Communicate with students and partners in French & English.
- Escalate delays and operational issues to senior operations management.
- Prepare weekly reports and performance dashboards.
- Maintaining Drive.
- Translating documents in french.
✅ Required
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/master’s in hospitality, Management, International Business, or related field.
- Bachelors/Masters in French language.
- French language proficiency (B1/B2 or higher mandatory).
- 1–5 years’ experience in operations, student placements, education consultancy, or hospitality recruitment.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple students, deadlines, and international stakeholders.
- Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets & reporting tools.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and detail oriented.
- Good working knowledge of Canva Pro.
