Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site Travel Executive role based in Pune City. The Travel Executive will handle day-to-day travel arrangements, including researching destinations, preparing itineraries, booking flights, hotels, and ground transport, and managing amendments or cancellations. The role involves consulting with clients to understand their preferences and budgets, suggesting suitable travel options, and ensuring clear communication throughout the booking process.

The Travel Executive will provide proactive customer service before, during, and after travel, resolving queries and issues promptly. The position also includes maintaining accurate records of bookings, coordinating with suppliers, and staying updated on travel regulations, promotions, and new products.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management to plan, book, and monitor end-to-end itineraries efficiently.
Experience in Travel Consulting, with the ability to understand client needs, recommend suitable packages, and optimize costs and experiences.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Prior experience in a travel agency, tour operations, or related travel industry role is preferred.
Familiarity with reservation systems, booking platforms, and basic travel documentation (visas, insurance, regulations) is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.
Comfort working with standard office software; ability to learn new travel tools and systems quickly.
Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is desirable.
