About Job
We are looking for a skilled Commercial Counsel with a minimum of 5 years of legal experience to join our dynamic legal team. This role will primarily focus on vendor contract review and negotiation, with additional responsibilities for commercial customer contracts and NDAs. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations while ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation.

nMinimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial la

eStrong understanding of contract law and commercial regulation
sKnowledge of technology and service agreement
sUnderstanding of data protection and privacy law
sFamiliarity with employment law is advantageou
