Legal and Compliance Analyst, Compliance

Key Areas of Responsibilities
Review, red-line and vet NDAs, Engagement Letters, SOWs, Work Orders, Agreement Amendments, Termination Letters and similar documents
Clarify and resolve contractual queries
Monitoring of Leavers emails to avoid leakage of confidential data.
Performing Checks on IB transactions and deal.
Support Legal team and assist senior lawyers with other legal work as required
Assisting the IBK compliance team in consolidating the email related to sponsor Independence checks
Escalation of Data Leakage incidents to monitoring team for further review and handle the cases of possible leakages.
Tracking and documenting staff compliance training across locations

Requirements
Graduate in Law
1-2 years of relevant experience is preferable
Strong Communication skills capable of working with different levels of staff from all the Asia Pacific Countries
Good interpersonal skills and excellent written/oral communication skills
Attention to detail and process oriented
Investigative skills
Proficient in Word and Excel
Good prioritization, organizational and multi-tasking skills
Self-motivated, desire to be challenged and eager to learn
