The Branch Manager is responsible for achieving both group and individual business targets while ensuring smooth and compliant branch operations. The role has two core responsibilities:
Driving sales and revenue growth
Ensuring successful execution and closure of client transactions
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Management
Set, communicate, and monitor sales targets for group executives.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships and manage prospect interest.
Allocate prospects effectively and ensure optimal lead management.
Ensure achievement of both individual and group revenue targets.
Manage staff attrition and maintain continuity in performance delivery.
Oversee forecasting, pipeline tracking, and timely business reporting.
Transaction Management
Understand client requirements and translate them into clear transaction briefs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and market stakeholders.
Manage the complete transaction lifecycle including negotiations and deal closures.
Ensure win-win outcomes for clients while protecting company interests.
Oversee due diligence and coordinate with internal and external consultants for smooth execution.
People Management
Build, lead, and sustain a cohesive and high-performing team.
Maintain team morale and actively work towards minimizing attrition.
Ensure strict adherence to company policies and office decorum.
Address team conflicts, provide guidance, and support operational requirements.
