About the Role

The Lead Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of projects to highly governed standard and has significant knowledge evidential experience of;

Responsibilities

- Scope and schedule independent development and end to end ownership
- Risk and Issue independent development and end to end ownership
- Exemplary skills in customer and stakeholder engagement
- Finance, Resource, and cost control management
- Successful delivery and handover to realise benefits
- Ability to align to a Prince2 governance framework; inclusive of a standard completion of templates that aligns to this framework
- Experience in delivery of technology projects is required.

Qualifications

The Lead Project Manager needs to be confident dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders and needs to be capable to adapt their style to each situation to reach the desired outcome.

Experience of facilitating workshops and meetings is required for this role. The post-holder will have the significant knowledge and experience to build and manage meaningful and supportive relationships across the firm to deliver successful projects.

Required Skills

Project governance is critical for success, and knowledge of project Methodologies, with experience is mandatory. You should have significant demonstrable experience of delivering high quality project documentation such as PIDs (Project Initiation Document), plans, RAID (Risk, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies) logs and reports.
