Role Summary
The Sales Head (Real Estate) is responsible for leading the regional sales team, driving performance against targets, and maintaining full accountability for lead management, reporting, and sales discipline. The role ensures smooth coordination between Lead Generation, Marketing, Channel Partners, and Sales to maximize conversions and revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities / KRAs
1. Lead Management & Funnel Governance
- Conduct daily review of lead flows, and follow-up discipline.
- Ensure strict adherence to calling cycles, follow-ups, and CRM hygiene.
- Monitor lead scoring and ensure the team is prioritizing high-quality leads correctly.
- Work closely with Marketing/Lead Gen to improve lead quality and strengthen the feedback loop.
2. Coordination with Channel Partner (CP) Manager
- Align with CP Managers on partner performance, lead flow, and closures.
- Identify performance gaps and jointly create action plans to strengthen CP contributions.
- Drive accountability and SLA adherence with all partners.
3. Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives / Relationship Managers.
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance against targets.
- Set clear KPIs, run reviews, and ensure high standards of productivity and discipline.
- Support the team on escalated calls, negotiations, and high-value closures.
4. SOP Creation, Scripts & Process Excellence
- Design and refine SOPs, sales scripts, calling formats, email templates, and demo frameworks.
- Standardize processes to ensure consistent and high-quality customer interactions.
- Continuously optimize the sales process to improve funnel efficiency.
5. Reporting & Dashboards
- Create, publish, and review weekly dashboards on leads, team performance, sales cycle progress, and closure forecasts.
- Maintain 100% accuracy and transparency in reporting metrics.
- Present insights and corrective measures to senior leadership.
6. Market & Territory Management
- Analyze regional market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity.
- Identify micro-markets with potential and optimize territory coverage.
- Drive on-ground initiatives and events to expand regional footprint.
7. Customer Experience & Escalation Handling
- Support in handling high-priority clients and escalations.
- Ensure superior customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Drive customer-centric sales behavior within the team
8. Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, documentation, and ethical practices.
- Maintain data accuracy and compliance within CRM and reporting systems.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA in Marketing & Sales preferred.
- 10 –15 years of sales experience in real estate ( industrial domain prefereably)
- At least 5-6 years leading a sales team at a regional level.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM systems, and conversion analytics.
