Specialist Client Services Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and customer expectations.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and project documentation.
Facilitate clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Track action items and drive accountability across cross-functional teams.
Identify risks, manage issues, and handle escalations in a professional manner.
Guide teams through launch readiness, deployment, and project closeout activities.
Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.
