Position: Regional Sales Manager (Marble Retail

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and driven  Regional Sales Manager (RSM)  to lead our sales efforts in the marble division. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development, team leadership, and key account management within the construction and design ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive business development across the construction, architecture, and interior design sectors.
Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet growth and revenue targets.
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals—set performance goals, provide ongoing coaching, and ensure delivery of results.
Conduct regular team reviews, skill development sessions, and support territory planning.
Oversee the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and presentations to negotiation and closure.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions to promote brand awareness.
Ensure high-quality post-sales service and ongoing client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and timely reports via CRM and internal reporting systems.

Competencies:

Strong leadership and people management capabilities
Deep understanding of marble products, grades, finishes, and market applications
Excellent sales acumen with a history of meeting or exceeding targets
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to think strategically while handling operational sales execution
High level of self-discipline, organization, and regional market insight

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (preferred: Business, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field)
Minimum 7 years of experience in sales of marble or premium building materials, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial/team handling role
Strong network and familiarity with the regional construction and design industry
Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned territory
Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools
