About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director – Admissions & Marketing to lead student recruitment, branding, and outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, deep understanding of the education market, and proven expertise in driving admissions growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement comprehensive admissions and marketing strategies to achieve annual enrollment targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor insights, and growth opportunities.
Admissions Management
Oversee the complete admissions funnel—from lead generation to onboarding.
Drive process optimization, quality counseling, and high conversion rates.
Implement CRM systems to track inquiry management and performance metrics.
Marketing & Brand Building
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and offline channels.
Strengthen brand visibility through content creation, public relations, and digital engagement.
Manage website and SEO/SEM strategy for improved outreach and lead flow.
Outreach & Partnerships
Build and maintain partnerships with schools, colleges, corporates, and coaching institutes.
Lead participation in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and other outreach events.
Work closely with alumni and faculty for promotional initiatives.
Team Leadership
Lead, motivate, and mentor admissions, marketing, and counseling teams.
Set KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews to enhance team productivity.
Data-Driven Insights
Track and analyze key metrics: leads, conversions, campaign ROI, and enrollment numbers.
Present regular reports and insights to senior management for decision-making.
Budget & Vendor Management
Plan and manage the annual marketing and admissions budget.
Oversee relationships with agencies, digital partners, and event vendors.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure adherence to ethical recruitment practices and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
