Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Sales Marketing, located in Pune. The role involves leading the sales and marketing team to drive business growth, developing sales strategies, managing client accounts, and building strong, long-term client relationships. The Head of Sales Marketing will oversee sales forecasts, set performance targets, and provide training and mentorship to the sales team.

The role also involves analyzing market trends and metrics to refine strategies and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications
Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management
Experience in Account Management and building long-term client partnerships
Strong Team Management skills, including mentoring and leading a team to achieve sales goals
Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret market trends and performance data
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies in alignment with business objectives
Experience in fire safety or industrial solutions is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
