About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects across Hyderabad. The role will be responsible for project delivery, team management, quality, cost control, client satisfaction, and operational excellence across multiple residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Drive project schedules from kickoff to handover.
Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budgets.
Allocate resources and monitor project progress.
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Procurement, and QC teams
Support hiring, training, and performance management initiatives.
Process & Systems
Develop and implement SOPs for project execution, quality control, and vendor management.
Drive adoption of ERP and project management tools
Quality & Safety
Ensure adherence to quality standards across all projects.
Conduct audits and maintain safety compliance.
Cost & Vendor Management
Review BOQs, budgets, and project costs.
Manage vendor and contractor relationships.
Negotiate rates and ensure timely material availability.
Client Management
Act as the primary escalation point for key clients.
Conduct project reviews and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Reporting & MIS
Prepare and present project performance reports, operational metrics, and business updates to management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, MBA Operations, or related field.
7+ years of experience in interior fit-out, construction operations, or project management.
Minimum 3 years of experience managing multiple projects and teams.
