Vice President, Middle Office Manager

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Middle Office Manager to join our Front Office Services & Reconciliation - Middle Office Operations team. This role is located in Pune.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Oversees day-to-day Operations in Order Management Platform, including transaction research, reconciliations, client inquiries, and issue resolution for complex client portfolios.
Manages team performance, sets priorities, and ensures accurate record-keeping in line with departmental policies and procedures.
Maintains strong client and internal stakeholder relationships, ensuring requirements are met and providing input to Unit Managers.
Supports onboarding of new clients/portfolios by evaluating requirements, allocating them across teams, and guiding implementation in straightforward scenarios.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bloomberg AIM Order Management Platform or BRS Aladdin Reconciliation Domain Consultant Expertise in platform configuration, reconciliation processes, and strong technical acumen in supporting and optimizing order management workflows.
Experience in implementation and workflow design within the Bloomberg AIM Order Management or BRS Aladdin Platform, with specialization in the reconciliation domain.
14+ years of total work experience, with a strong consulting background.
Bachelor's degree in finance or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
