About the Role

The  Process Excellence Manager – Business Banking  plays a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and supporting business growth across regional offices and branch locations. This role focuses on campaign management, portfolio support, and process optimization to enhance turnaround times, conversion rates, and customer experience. The incumbent will work closely with Relationship Managers (RMs), especially on high-value cases, and act as a champion for central initiatives such as ICON campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

Act as the regional champion for ICON and other central campaigns, ensuring effective execution and conversion.
Provide portfolio support to Relationship Managers, especially for cases above ₹5 crore, including deal structuring and process facilitation.
Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as turnaround time (TAT), first-time-right (FTR) percentage, and campaign conversion rates.
Support renewal and delinquency management efforts, including CSP 90+, Renewal 90+, and 30+ DPD tracking.

Secondary Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory standards in all process-related activities.

What We Are Looking For

Education

Graduation:
Any discipline (Full-Time)
Postgraduation: MBA / PGDM (Preferred)

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in business banking operations, process excellence, or campaign management.

Skills and Attributes

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage high-value portfolios and support complex deal structuring.
Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and process accuracy.
Proficiency in tracking and improving operational metrics.
Fluent in English with strong business communication skills.
