About the Role
The role manages sourcing for a large retail pharmacy chain. This individual will be responsible to deliver project-related activities and coordinate with cross-functional business teams to open new stores — sourcing, maintenance, and civil works.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the team and report daily updates to the central team; coordinate with cross-functional teams within the organization and other business units
Build strategies for new locations where the brand is not yet present and prepare cluster mapping sheets
Work with the business team to identify new locations across cities and districts
Understand store-opening requirements and be well versed with location parameters: demographic, geographic, and sociographic
Negotiate with landlords/owners of premises, collect and validate required documents, and complete agreement-signing procedures
Sound knowledge of site measurement
Handle extensions, renewals, and security deposits for existing stores
Skills Required
Led a high-impact, driven role within retail for a growing organization

Experience with store maintenance and the process of new store identification
Working knowledge of basic Microsoft Excel and Power Point
Up to date on market trends around rent, space availability, and geographic conditions of the area
Soft Skills
Presentable, with good communication skills
Position Specification :
At least 2 to 5 years of experience in retail, preferably in maintenance / identifying new stores / opening new stores
Any degree; expertise in civil or related fields is an added advantage

Required Qualification
Any graduate; B.E. /

B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
