Technical Project Manager

Role Overview :
The Technical Delivery Manager will serve as the operational bridge between onshore stakeholders and the offshore engineering team — managing delivery schedules, team productivity, and project execution. This role is also responsible for enabling AI adoption within their team, ensuring engineers effectively use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
This is a hands-on delivery management role focused on execution, team productivity, and operational excellence.

Require
d12+ years of experience in software delivery management, engineering project management, or similar role
s3+ years of experience managing offshore or distributed engineering team
sHands-on experience managing agile teams of 15+ engineer
sPractical experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, Cursor) and helping team members adopt the
mStrong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum
