Job Summar
yWe are looking for an experienced  Project Manage r to lead and deliver projects within agreed scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with organizational objectives
.Key Responsibilitie
s1. Project Leadershi
pLead and manage the project team to deliver agreed outputs/outcomes within defined scope, time, cost, and quality constraints
.Promote ethical, legal, and socially responsible practices while engaging with stakeholders and team members
.2. Project Team Managemen
tDefine, delegate, and manage team and stakeholder roles and responsibilities
.Develop team capability, foster innovation, and motivate team members to achieve successful project outcomes
.3. Business Case & Benefits Managemen
tSupport the project sponsor in preparing and updating business cases, ensuring alignment with forecasted benefits, costs, and risks
.Track and report progress to ensure realization of planned business benefits
.4. Budget & Cost Managemen
tPrepare, manage, and control project budgets
.Monitor forecasts, changes, and actual costs to ensure financial compliance
.5. Governanc
eEstablish and maintain effective project governance and decision-making structures
.Define clear roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities in line with organizational standards
.6. Project Planning & Control
sDevelop and document key project components, including scope, schedule, approach, resources, budgets, risks, and quality requirements
.Implement protocols for scope changes and update project configuration documents as needed
.7. Scheduling & Dependency Managemen
tCreate and maintain project schedules considering dependencies, resource needs, and constraints
.Map project dependencies, assign ownership, and actively manage interdependencies with related projects
.8. Resource Managemen
tDevelop and maintain resource allocation plans (excluding financial resources), considering availability and scheduling variations
.9. Stakeholder & Communication Managemen
tIdentify key stakeholders and manage relationships, communication, and engagement strategies
.Ensure alignment with program, portfolio, and organizational communication requirements
.Resolve conflicts between individuals or interest groups to maintain smooth project operations
.10. Risk & Issue Managemen
tIdentify, monitor, and mitigate project risks (threats and opportunities) and issues
.Escalate concerns as appropriate and manage interdependencies with related projects
.Qualifications & Skill
sBachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or PMP certification preferred)
.Proven experience in project management across the full project lifecycle
.Strong budgeting, scheduling, and resource management skills
.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
.Ability to manage risks, resolve conflicts, and drive successful project outcomes in a fast-paced environment
