This role focuses on managing end-to-end delivery of commercial fit-out projects with a strong emphasis on MEP oversight, technical due diligence, and quality control. The candidate will coordinate with consultants, architects, and vendors while ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgets. The role requires effective communication, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and proficiency in construction management tools.

Role & Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough technical due diligence for all assigned projects.
Possess strong knowledge of MEP systems and local authority approval processes.
Review all project drawings and BOQs, ensuring full ownership and accuracy.
Develop and present comprehensive project milestones and procurement plans to the business team.
Maintain high attention to detail and ensure quality installation at every construction stage, verifying adherence to approved makes and models with no deviations.
Coordinate effectively with consultants, architects, and multiple vendors from project initiation through final client handover.
Apply logical thinking, value engineering principles, and costoptimization strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide constructability reviews and propose mitigation measures during pre-construction and construction phases.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining performance standards.
Support various internal teams when needed to ensure successful project delivery.
Communicate clearly and efficiently with both internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain thorough documentation, including minutes of meetings, and communicate project risks along with mitigation plans.
Utilize construction management tools and software effectively.
Travel to and oversee projects in other cities when required.

Skillset required:
Strong working knowledge of commercial projects with a clientcentric approach.
Proven background in team management.
Excellent research capabilities and strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision.

Experience (Years) required:
4+ years of project management experience in the workspace fit-out industry.
Preferably from a Design & Build (D&B) or coworking space background.

Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Specialization in MEP preferred.
