Role & Responsibilities:
Planning various Civil & Interior and MEP works to be executed in the project.
Scheduling various tasks involved in the project, monitoring, and generating reports on these activities on a day-to-day basis.
Reviewing drawings, BOQ, and interacting with consultants, architects, and clients for missing details and change requests through RFI and emails.
Checking the quality of Civil, Interior, and MEP works completed or in progress at the site.
Coordinating with project stakeholders for AV system installation in Board rooms, Training rooms, and meeting rooms as per their requirements and providing a demo on working procedures.
Raising PO through an online tool (Netsuite).
Tracking project deliverables and preparing plans for timely delivery.
Overseeing C&I and MEP - testing and commissioning activities in a Project.
Reviewing project status and projected deliverables with construction partners and internal teams every week.
Preparing comprehensive project handover documentation to ensure a smooth transition of the completed project to the client or relevant stakeholders.

Basic Requirements
5-7 Years of work Experience
Graduation is must
Experience handling Civil Projects is mandatory.
