The Internal Audit – Risk Assurance & Advisory team supports organizations in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks. We deliver independent assurance on internal controls, compliance, and operational processes, helping clients enhance efficiency, governance, and decision-making.

Role Description
Drive strategic and operational goals of the RAA practice, ensure client satisfaction and quality delivery, lead business development efforts, and contribute to organizational growth and profitability.
1. Revenue & Practice Growth
Achieve annual revenue targets and YOY growth.
Drive business development initiatives, including proposal writing, pitching to clients, and cross-selling advisory services.
Expand existing client relationships and convert leads into new engagements
2. Profitability & Resource Optimization
Maintain practice-level profitability margin through efficient resource management and cost control.
Optimize project delivery through effective team utilization
Identify opportunities for automation or offshoring to enhance delivery efficiency.
3. Quality & Compliance in Service Delivery
Ensure 100% adherence to internal quality standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., IIA standards).
Oversee planning, execution, and review of internal audit engagements across clients.
Implement robust risk-based audit methodologies and review mechanisms.
4. Client Satisfaction & Relationship Management
Maintain a required client satisfaction score.
Serve as a strategic advisor to clients by providing insights beyond the audit.
Lead executive-level discussions and deliver impactful presentations to client leadership.
5. Leadership & Talent Development
Build and retain a high-performing team with low annual attrition.
Mentor, train, and coach audit managers and seniors to strengthen technical and leadership capabilities.
Drive employee engagement initiatives within the team.
6. Thought Leadership & Market Visibility
Publish thought leadership articles/papers or speak at industry forums.
Represent the firm at client events, webinars, and professional networks to enhance brand visibility
