This role is for someone who understands the SDR function deeply and can improve team training, call performance, discipline, and meeting generation.
Responsibilities Manage daily SDR operations during US shift hours.
Drive cold calling performance across the team.
Train SDRs on scripts, objection handling, tone, qualification, and meeting setting.
Review calls and provide regular coaching.
Track activity, connect rates, call quality, meetings booked, and meetings held.
Identify performance gaps and create improvement plans.
Improve SDR playbooks, call scripts, scorecards, and training processes.
Ensure CRM updates, follow-ups, and reporting are done properly.
Build a disciplined, accountable, high-performance SDR team.
Requirements Experience managing SDR, BDR, or outbound calling teams.
Strong understanding of B2B cold calling and appointment setting.
Ability to coach SDRs and improve call quality.
Comfortable reviewing calls, dashboards, and performance data.
Strong process, training, and team management skills.
Willing to work US shift hours.
Success in This Role SDRs make better calls and handle objections confidently.
Activity and meeting output become more predictable.
Underperformers are coached quickly.
The team consistently improves connect rates, conversion, and meeting quality.
