About the Role

We are searching on behalf of our client for this role. This position is not with OVI.
The Senior Manager, Program Operations will serve as the strategic and operational lead for the our client initiative in Pune. This role involves overseeing program implementation, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership to translate our client’s vision into action at the district level. The position requires building a strong local brand, fostering cross-sector partnerships, and driving inclusive youth development outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and promote the our client brand within Pune.

• Prepare and update the implementation plan for the project using Results-Based Management tools.

• Oversee day-to-day project implementation and ensure coordination of outcomes.

• Collaborate with organisations for ecosystem mapping and develop the Theory of Change.

• Establish strong working relationships with local partners, including government officials and NGOs.

• Develop a strategic vision for Programme Group to deliver our client mandate and goals.

• Liaise with government departments to attract private investment and conduct employer/demand mapping.

• Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and prepare necessary reports.

• Supervise project personnel and plan training sessions to enhance team capabilities.

• Mobilize youth for volunteering activities and manage brand-building events.

• Oversee the development of the Youth Well-Being Index and manage related surveys.

• Support management in coordinating project activities strategically.

Your Profile

• Post Graduation in Social work/social sciences field.

• 8-10 years of experience in both social and corporate sectors.

• Self-driven with excellent time management and multitasking skills.

• Strong people management, project management, and data analytics skills.

• Proficient in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and MS Office.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

• Team player with a strong orientation towards relationship building and problem-solving.
