Role Description
The B2B Lead Generation Specialist at Summaax Corp is a part-time, hybrid role based in Pune. This role focuses on outbound prospecting and driving corporate training batch enrollments across domestic and international markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include building target lists of corporate decision-makers (such as Quality Directors, Compliance Officers, HR Heads, and Operations Managers) using Linked In Sales Navigator and data tools, conducting personalized multichannel outreach via Linked In and email, and booking meetings/securing training participants.

Key Responsibilities

Build targeted lists of corporate buyers and decision-makers using Linked In Sales Navigator and data enrichment tools

Execute personalized cold outreach campaigns via Linked In and email targeting international and domestic markets.

Handle initial follow-ups, answer basic inquiries, and book qualification calls or training batch seats.

Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, prospect stages, and pipeline metrics.

What We Look For

1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, outbound sales, or inside sales (experience targeting international markets like the US or Europe is a strong plus).

Familiarity with modern sales tools such as Linked In Sales Navigator, email finders, and CRM platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Based in Pune and comfortable with a hybrid work arrangement (preferred, though open to flexible/remote arrangements for strong candidates).

Compensation & Structure

Base Pay:  10,000 INR per month (part-time commitment, roughly 10–15 hours/week).

Performance Bonus:  Tiered incentives per converted batch or enrollment, scaled dynamically based on the market (higher payouts for international conversions from the US/Europe/Middle East and standard payouts for domestic batches).
