ResponsibilitiesAttend to student, staff, parent, and visitor queries.
Answer calls, respond to questions, and redirect calls/messages.
Maintain records of school letters, class schedules, and events.
Manage stationery inventory, source materials, and support school events.
Monitor early release arrangements and communicate with parents.
Perform tasks assigned by School Management.
Handling queries from multiple channels
Experience working in a school setting is an advantage.
