We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement & Operations Administrator to join our Marine Operations team. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Purchase Orders (POs) and invoicing for marine operations contracts.
  • Verify the accuracy of billed services and manage contract performance, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with service delivery milestones.
  • Process invoices efficiently while maintaining proper documentation and audit trails for financial transactions.
  • Provide administrative support for the setup, including risk assessments and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Assist with procurement documentation, handle vendor correspondence, and ensure compliance with procurement requirements.
  • Manage the classification and archival of documents, including invoices, monthly KPIs, maintenance reports, and other key operational records.
  • Ensure compliance by verifying contractors’ training records and maintain accurate compliance documentation.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum a Diploma in any related studies.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in procurement or contract management.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and filing skills.
  • Proficiency with procurement systems and Microsoft Office tools.
