Business Partnership & Financial Management

• Partner with divisions and project managers to analyse financial performance, conduct business reviews, and provide strategic insights and recommendations
• Identify and lead cost optimisation initiatives, efficiency projects, and process improvements to enhance operational performance
• Support decision-making through scenario analysis, business case evaluation, forecasting, and resource allocation guidance
• Execute month/year-end closing activities, prepare financial reporting, and perform budget allocations and virements
• Analyse variances and operational metrics to drive performance improvements and support business decisions
• Prepare revenue/expense accruals, grant recovery documentation, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and government policies
• Work with project teams on purchase order management, fixed asset transfers, and budget administration, as well as respond to users’ queries and provide advice
• Participate in system enhancements and process improvement initiatives

• Support other FBPs within the team with operational works
• Undertake strategic analysis projects and other duties as assigned to support business objectives

• At least 5 years of relevant finance experience, including business partnering or commercial analysis experience.
• Solid experience in financial analysis, forecasting and business decision-making, with the ability to present data clearly and concisely.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all organisational levels.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Self-motivated, meticulous team player who adapts well to fast-paced environments and is comfortable working with large amounts of data.

• Proficient in Workday, Microsoft Office, and dashboarding tools.
