Job Description:

Addison Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to support a construction team in Punta Gorda, FL. This role provides essential administrative and customer service support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations in a fast-paced, direct work environment.

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Create, organize, and maintain physical and digital filing systems
  • Order and manage office supplies and materials
  • Perform copying, scanning, and general document management
  • Provide high-quality customer service, including handling homeowner inquiries and complaint calls
  • Support superintendents with general administrative and office tasks
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork and processes for new employees
  • Take initiative to learn new tasks and contribute to efficient daily operations
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Professional judgment with a polished, customer-focused approach
  • Comfortable working in a direct, fast-paced construction environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Prior administrative experience preferred; construction industry experience a plus
