We are seeking a Dispatcher Customer Service Representative with electrical experience to join local contractor.
You will be responsible for helping customers by providing service information and scheduling appointments for service technicians. Tuesday-Saturday 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Must have experience working in an electrical contractor company
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Schedule appointments for technicians and service department
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, front desk reception, call center, or other related fields
