We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality‑focused property organization. Pay Rate$100,000 depending on experience
Position SummaryThe Director of Food & Beverage is a Troon associate responsible for leadership and execution of all HOA food and beverage operations. You deliver consistent service, control costs, develop your team, and ensure residents receive a professional hospitality experience. You support the Board by implementing approved budgets and policies while operating within Troon standards, systems, and employment practices.
Core Responsibilities Operations- Direct daily front‑of‑house and bar operations for all HOA venues.
- Maintain service standards, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Maintain visible leadership presence during peak periods and events.
- Resolve operational issues quickly and communicate trends to senior leadership.
- Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise F&B associates.
- Build accountability and service culture.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management.
- Ensure proper management coverage from open to close.
- Assist in development of annual budgets.
- Manage labor to target.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Conduct inventories.
- Control beer, wine, and liquor cost.
- Follow Troon purchasing and cash‑control procedures.
- Ensure high levels of service.
- Address complaints and service recovery.
- Work with culinary leadership to deliver quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with culinary leadership and senior management on menus and pricing.
- Support special events and promotions.
- Provide recommendations aligned with budget goals.
- Partner with the Lifestyle and operations teams.
- Ensure staffing, setup, and execution.
- Maintain communication between service and kitchen.
- Enforce health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
- Ensure associates complete required certifications.
- Follow HR policies and workplace standards.
- Complete reporting requirements.
- Monitor POS integrity.
- Support audits and financial reviews.
You operate within delegated authority from Troon leadership. Strategic direction, capital decisions, and policy matters follow the governance structure defined in the management agreement and applicable budgets.
Operational ScopeThis position manages HOA food and beverage venues only.

- 3-5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or club operations.
- Experience managing multiple outlets.
- Knowledge of beverage programs and inventories.
- Private club or resort background.
- Experience with high‑volume seasonal operations.

- Lift up to 50 lbs.
