Position Summary
The Technical Support Specialist will provide product selection guidance, application support, and operational troubleshooting for Pulsafeeder line of pumps, electronic controllers, and chemical feed systems. The role interfaces with Pulsafeeder’s global commercial teams, channel partners, and end customers.
Responsibilities- Work directly with Pulsafeeder representatives and customers to provide technical support for pumps and related systems.
- Coordinate technical support requests with Product Managers, Engineers, and Quality teams.
- Deliver product advisories, announcements, and technical data to customers, ensuring world‑class satisfaction.
- Provide training to customers both in‑house and in the field as required.
- Assist with warranty investigations and initiate RMA actions, including credit memo requests per ISO
9001 procedures. - Support customers in selecting parts needed for product repair and manage defective part replacement.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues, documenting root causes and prevention strategies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Associate’s degree in a business or technical field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, with experience in Assembly, Design, or Quality preferred.
- Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Independent decision‑making ability and strong organizational skills.
- Experience working with customers to resolve technical problems.
- Comfortable making presentations and teaching in front of groups.
- Ability to anticipate and prevent problems independently.
- Remain seated or standing for extended periods.
- On‑site presence required Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
- Hourly rate of $28.00 to $29.00, with eligibility for a performance‑based bonus plan.
