District Operations Supervisor

Location: Punta Gorda, FL — In-Office

• Act as the escalation contact for customer issues or concerns
• Support sales through job quotation and estimation
• Approve estimates for scope of work, labor hours and material content; assess profit risk of jobs; control material and labor costs; and provide feedback to the District Manager
• Establish project timelines, meet with customers to communicate and coordinate project schedules
• Manage projects, assign technicians, oversee ordering of equipment and material, and ensure proper customer signoffs are secured per JSOX requirements
• Provide leadership and supervision to the technician team and be responsible for the team s development and training
• Oversee quotation of call-in work, transactional sales, and assign technicians as needed to ensure timely quotes to customers
• Provide a consistent interface with the current customer base and establish effective working relationships to identify additional selling opportunities
• Ensure maintenance contract commitments are fulfilled and inspections completed on time
• Provide input to Service Coordinators on scheduling activity of technicians
• Oversee contract renewals, escalations, and upgrades on assigned house accounts
• Work with the technician team to generate pull-through service and repair work on existing house accounts
• Manage Tech Tip program and lead customer care initiatives
• Be responsible for technician reviews and ensure completion on time each year
• Support technician training by coordinating training with Regional Trainer and reporting training plan and budget to the District Manager
• Collaborate with Account Managers and District Manager to resolve customer issues, including customer visits
• Provide weekly job status, revenue, and warranty recovery reports to the District Manager
• Own the performance management of technicians (goal setting, performance reviews, and development)

• High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor’s Preferred)
• 4-6+ years of related work experience in the commercial HVAC industry or related field
• 2+ years of prior experience managing technicians or employees in a similar role
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC design, systems, applications, and energy-saving solutions
• Demonstrated success in strategically leading business units

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $73,300 to $120,700 plus a targeted incentive plan in Florida. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
