Job DescriptionMatrix Home Care is hiring SOC/Visit Nurses for home care in‑home start assessments in the Punta Gorda, FL area. Visits include assessments, follow visits, infusions, labs, and wound care visits.
Responsibilities- Conduct initial assessments.
- Perform follow visits.
- Administer infusions.
- Collect and submit lab specimens.
- Provide wound care visits.
- At least 1 year of home health care experience.
- Under Florida law, subject to background screening per Chapter 435, Florida Statutes, including fingerprinting and eligibility review before employment.
