Retail Store Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to lead one of our successful retail locations in Fisherman's Village in Punta Gorda. If you are passionate about developing people, driving sales, and creating exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

• Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring efficient execution from opening to closing.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team.
• Drive sales growth while achieving established performance goals and key business metrics.
• Manage employee scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and operational reporting.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while fostering a welcoming and engaging shopping environment.
• Maintain accurate cash handling procedures, sales transactions, and daily financial reconciliations.
• Ensure company policies, operational standards, and visual merchandising expectations are consistently maintained.

• Must successfully pass a background screening.
• Minimum of three years of retail management experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and performance objectives.
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing successful teams.
• Experience in specialty retail, apparel, beauty, wellness, boutique, or other customer-focused retail environments preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Competitive annual salary of $60,000–$65,000, plus monthly performance bonuses with total compensation potential of $75,000–$80,000.
