This is a full-time for a Remote Sales Representative. The position involves building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable supplemental insurance solutions. Daily tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining excellent customer service, and collaborating with team members to achieve performance goals. Additional responsibilities may include participating in training sessions and assisting in the professional development of team members.
Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Sales and Sales Management experience to develop client relationships and achieve revenue goals
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members to foster skill development and enhance performance
- Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education or relevant certifications are a plus
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
