Sales-Focused Spa Assistant Manager

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is currently seeking a sales-focused Assistant Spa Manager to help us drive our spa operations. This role is designed for individuals passionate about client interactions, interested in learning about the wellness industry, and eager to grow their sales experience.

• Growth-focused leadership: run the front desk, train sales associates, and collaborate with spa managers to create a client- and team-focused culture.
• Member conversion and customer service: lead by example, connect with clients to offer individualized sales solutions, and coach and motivate a sales team.
• Promote health and wellness: educate members and guests on services, upgrades, products, and memberships.
• Multi-tasking: handle or assist with administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, inventory management, and sales reporting.
• Passion to drive results: understand the impact of actions, adapt strategies to meet business needs, and be available for a variety of business hours, including evenings and weekends.
