• Follow up on sales leads in the field and close them at or above company expectations.
• Contact current and prospective customers to sell and explain services.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships through ethical behavior and excellent communication skills.
• Generate new leads when qualified leads are not provided by Home Team Pest Defense.
• Generate an expected amount of revenue per week, as defined in branch sales goals.
• Plan daily activities to maximize the number of leads worked.
• Meet with all assigned prospects via door knocking each day.
• Complete all Home Team assigned training.
• Follow up with customers to close the sale, answer questions, and explain services and warranties.
• Provide appropriate paperwork to support all sales, ensuring it is complete, timely, neat, legible, and accurate.
• Maintain good customer relationships.
• Maintain relationships with builder personnel and communicate any updates or changes.
• Restock sales vehicle to ensure all necessary marketing materials and POS are available for daily use.
• Present a professional image.

• Pay of $14.00 per hour, plus commission.

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

• Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties, including the ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
