• Work with home buyers to identify the right properties and neighborhoods for their needs.
• List and market residential properties to attract qualified buyers quickly.
• Host showings, open houses, and walkthroughs that help buyers fall in love with a home.
• Present and negotiate purchase offers to protect your clients’ interests.
• Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and paperwork through to a successful closing.
• Build lasting relationships that generate referrals and repeat home sale business.

Be 18 years or older.

Willing to obtain a Florida real estate salesperson license (we’ll guide you through every step).
