Builders First Source - - Responsibilities:
Represent the company during the sales process by collecting customer product needs and design specifications and liaising between purchasing, inside technical/design staff, production staff and customer;
Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, pricing, orders, deliveries, and installations, and provide follow-ups;
Initiate telephone calls to customers to generate sales and achieve sales goals;
Provide accurate material takeoffs for single/multi-family home projects;
Maintain stock levels on the sales floor and in the stockroom
