Compensation: Based on experience + overtime + performance incentives
Schedule: Monday–Friday with rotating on-call for emergency service
Job Description: Eternity Heating & Cooling is growing—and we’re looking for a reliable and skilled Plumbing Service Technician to join our team. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems for residential and light commercial clients within our service area. From leak detection to water heater installs, you’ll be a key part of delivering high-quality, dependable service.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
- Diagnose and repair common plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, fixture problems, and pipe damage
- Install and service water heaters, fixtures, piping, valves, and other plumbing systems
- Perform drain cleaning and camera inspections as needed
- Accurately document work performed, parts used, and time on job
- Communicate findings and recommendations to customers clearly and professionally
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, vehicles, and tools
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency plumbing service
- Follow all local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company procedures
- 2+ years of hands‑on plumbing experience (residential/light commercial)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with water heaters, re‑pipes, drain cleaning, and fixture installation
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and tight areas
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using mobile devices to track jobs, take notes, and access schedules
- Must be available for occasional evening/weekend work as part of our emergency service rotation
