Our client, a global leader in commercial real estate and facilities management services, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Engineering & Technical Services Department, supporting the Facilities Maintenance Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a highly professional attitude, and a strong willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM; overtime available

What's the Job?

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, troubleshoot equipment issues, and complete corrective repairs.
• Assist with the installation, modification, and maintenance of facility equipment and systems.
• Review and complete assigned work orders while accurately tracking progress through maintenance systems.
• Support multiple facilities within a 25-mile radius while ensuring compliance with safety and building code requirements.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma, GED, or Trade School Diploma with 5-7 years of maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills in a commercial or industrial environment.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to support multiple sites.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and work order management systems.
