We are onboarding both entry-level trainees and experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated local grocery supply fleet operating out of Arcadia, Florida. Get reliable weekly earnings running short-haul local loops with zero sleeper berth stays.

Compensation Breakdown & Financial Metrics

Average Weekly Gross: $1,300 per week

Target Annual Income: $67,600 per year ($1,300/wk × 52 weeks)

Base Mileage Pay: $0.43 to $0.51 per mile (averaging ~2,200 miles weekly)

Short-Haul Premium: $30.00 flat pay for any short-haul leg under 90 miles

Stop Pay Incentive: $10.00 per stop

Performance Incentives:

Eligible for ongoing driver performance bonus programs

Fleet Operations & Dispatch Cadence

Home Time Expectation: 100% Home Daily.

Shift Assignment:
Dedicated Night Shift dispatches.

Route Structure:
Running 2 local shuttle loops per day servicing regional store locations.

Schedule Options:
Dedicated 5-day schedules running Thursday through Monday OR Friday through Tuesday.

Experience Tiers:
Open to both CDL-A Trainees (0 months experience) and experienced drivers (6+ months tractor-trailer background).

Must live within 25 miles of Zip Code 33982, covering drivers in Arcadia, Port Charlotte, Cape Coral, Punta Gorda, Englewood, and North Port, Florida.

Licensing Standards:
Valid Class A CDL and active DOT Medical Card (no specialized endorsements required).

Screening Standards:
Clean driving history; must pass pre-employment hair follicle and urine DOT drug screenings (Non-SAP compliant).
