To facilitate efficiency, we leverage the power of CoConstruct project management software, enabling our superintendents to track all job site activities and maintain regular communication with project managers and clients. With exceptional skills in supervising trade contractors and ensuring top‑notch quality, our superintendents conduct productive meetings with owners and subcontractors. They are committed to efficiently closing out projects, cultivating client relationships, and generating repeat business.

Furthermore, our Residential Superintendents provide on‑site supervision and maintain effective communication with Case Co Project Managers to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Develop, manage, and improve business infrastructure and operations built around industry best practices to enhance efficiency, specifically around on‑site production and performance
• Oversee procedures and processes for efficiency and thoughtfully implement recommendations to develop and improve them
• Oversee projects as they are being carried out to make sure that the work is done according to the outlined specifications, and that they also conform to the work project timetable
• Coordinate day to day trade contractor scheduling and supervise field production
• Assist team with project planning and scheduling
• Work closely with the Project Manager to identify and solve problems
• Oversee quality control, ensure all work is being performed to our standards
• Read and comprehend plans, specifications, and manufacturer requirements and instructions
• Perform miscellaneous hands‑on tasks across most trades in support of our production partners for the benefit of the project schedule or budget
• Use hand and power tools
• Confirm the accuracy of completed work and ensure all deficiencies are corrected
• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities
• Ensure safety requirements are met
• Ensure proper signage is posted on the job site
• Review the plans and specifications for construction and construction schedules
• Oversee preparation and ensure execution of job contract
• Negotiate with and select subcontractors to perform the work. Draft subcontracts
• Identify and track all long lead time items on the project critical path
• Prepare for and lead weekly progress meetings
• Anticipate issues and proactively works to avoid or resolve them
• Resolve interpersonal conflicts among project staff, handle errors or delays and respond to crisis
